The Foundation, like every other charity, is governed by a Board
of Trustees, who are responsible to the Charity Commissioners in
England & Wales for the overall administration of the affairs of
the Foundation. The administration and management duties are the
responsibility of the Executive Committee, who reports on a regular
basis to the Board of Trustees. The Foundation currently has administrative
offices in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
