Providing emergency and life saving blood around the world since 1991.
HOW WE OPERATE.
The Blood Care Foundation has been providing screened blood in an emergency to its members around the world for over 25 years.

The service is aimed particularly at areas of the world where there is a shortage of blood available for transfusion and/or where there is a high incidence of transfusion transmitted diseases in the donor pool; HIV, hepatitis B and C, Chagas disease and malaria for example.

The Foundation also provides emergency deliveries of Human Rabies Immunoglobulin and/or rabies vaccine to members who may have been in contact with a rabid animal.

Membership of the scheme is especially suitable for expatriate communities, business travellers and their spouses, holiday-makers, back-packers and overseas volunteers.
